By submitting your phone number or email through our website, booking forms, online quotes, or chat tools, you consent to receive automated and/or direct communications from us, including:

  • Service updates and rescheduling notices

  • Follow-up service inquiries

3. Email & CRM Usage

We use secure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools including GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage bookings, track service history, and send communication. All communications are stored securely and used only for operational or marketing purposes related to your service with us.


4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect basic personal information (name, phone, email, address, service notes) to provide our services efficiently. We do not sell or rent your data. We adhere to Canada’s PIPEDA guidelines and only use third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, GHL) that meet compliance standards.

5. Booking Terms & Cancellations

  • All bookings require confirmation via SMS, email, or call

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service


6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. We will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of income or property issues not directly caused by gross negligence. Clients are responsible for ensuring access, safe conditions, and that valuables are secured.


7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crispy Cleans Inc., its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, communications, or breach of these Terms.


8. Governing Law
