After you book an appointment, we follow up by phone and email to get detailed instructions about initial preferences, confirm the time, and how to access the home

Initial cleaning consultation
Meet your new cleaner on your first cleaning and give a walk through of your home so we can learn your preferences and places to pay special attention to.

Crispy Cleans Professional Cleaning
We’ve developed a special Crispy Cleans recipe to make sure every surface in every room is spotless and feels like new with every clean.

Preparing and staging
We can work with your realtor, photographer, or movers to clean your home for open houses, showings, and move out. Upgrade your package and we can include special touches like move-in gifts: plants, candles, and can even bake cookies so the house feels like home.

After the cleaning
We follow up to check in on your satisfaction with the Crispy Cleans experience and complete the payment. If you’re unhappy with the results, you may be eligible for a free re-clean*

If you are having your short-term rental cleaned or work from home, you may even be able to claim your cleaning as a business expense.
In addition, we are happy to work with you to find a package that fits your budget.
I can clean my house myself
Of course you can and you’d do a great job. We are here to assist when you cannot or do not want to spend your scarce and valuable time cleaning. Delegate your cleaning to us and free up time for all of your other important tasks.
I don’t have time to hire cleaners
Put your info in the booking form above, then we will call you back to book your appointment and talk through all of the cleaning tasks, preferences, schedule, home access, and all other unique information about caring for your home.
I don’t want toxic cleaning products used in my home
We’re happy to use your cleaning products so your home feels and smells exactly how you like it.
Do you use your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Most clients now prefer that they supply the products to be used while cleaning as well as the vacuum and equipment so there is no cross-contamination between houses or buildings. For our short term rental properties and move in/out properties we supply everything as there is typically nothing in each space. Our home cleaning professionals will use only the most suitable products and the best equipment you supply to ensure everything is done properly.
For all regular home cleans the customer is expected to provide the necessary equipment, which should include a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
The cleaning professionals we send you are experienced and friendly cleaners – we reject nearly all applicants, do criminal record checks, and are fully insured. We believe that your trust and security come first and hold your cleaning professionals to the highest standards.
Can I request special tasks or extras?
Absolutely. We love going above and beyond. Please make a note under the “Comments” section of our booking form. This may be subject to extra cost depending on the request.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
Simple! If you’re unhappy with your clean and feel as though our home cleaning professionals missed anything – email us photos and a written explanation within 48 hours and we will put it right. We want to WOW you with our services and will do what it takes to get it!
Is my billing information kept safe and secure?
Yes! We use an SSL (online security technology) that ensures our website will never be compromised in any way. Any billing information we keep is stored in a secured database that also will not be compromised in any way. Your security is our #1 priority.
